Stairway

Horatio just finished this Stairway to Heaven (or to the basement, at least).

Incidentally, Horatio used a rough-sawn board from the same "slab wood" fire-wood delivery as was used for the bench and "bar" shown here.

Many people don't like knots, but in Horatio's opinion, they are the most beautiful part of the wood.
